About me
I'm just an ordinary divorced mum with two grown up daughters. Through this blog I'm hoping to help and understand my eldest daughter who most certainly has bi-polar disorder. I am hoping to write a frank journal to help me cope with this situation. I am not sure how much of this will consist of "friends' only" postings. I will have to play it by ear.
