Thinking about things, and then writing them down. Making mistakes. Drinking and talking at great length about nonsense, [usually Stalingrad after a pint too many]. Debunking conspiracy theories and creating my own. Listening to records, singing out of tune or dancing like a whirling dervish, often both, especially when drunk. Being a gentleman of leisure, work-shy fop, man about town and general lotus eater. Above all wishing I had been born the second son of a Duke.
