About me

A naturalised northerner, I have lived in Manchester for over half my life. Some things don't change though, I still support Chelsea and pronounce bath as if it has an 'R' in it... I'm married to Jane and we have 2 lovely kids, Emily and Georgia (17 and 13 respectively). I enjoy kayaking (that's a canoe with a lid on top) and running. I re-started running about 4 years ago and have completed 4 half marathons over the last couple of years. I've just started snowboarding too, but I'm not having a mid life crisis...
