About me
I’m Ashley Davison, a thirty-something transvestite living in the South of England. I believe I’m about 49% feamle, 51% male so expressing my femininity is an important part of my life. Being Ashley has allowed me to do so much: I’ve performed in festivals and appeared in film and on television. I also organised the 2006 Miss TG Brighton contest, despite much risk to my sanity! I spent a year working in a transgender orientated shop, and am currently working on a big project to launch a specialist apparel shop that will specialise in supplying the transgendered community. Being able to present as a woman at least some of the time is a big thing to me. As well as socialising I also enjoy doing more prosaic things while dressed – even walking the dog and food shopping! Style wise I do tend to flit around a bit, though I often veer toward the hippy/boho for casual wear and I enjoy getting fully gothed up for a night out. I’m interested in talking to any interesting (that probably includes everyone then) about their experiences. I’d also like to hear from those who have any suggestions for our business venture. We want to offer what the customer really needs. Currently I’m looking forward to undergoing my make-up artist training!
