About me

A few years ago, we bought some derelict barns which we spent some time converting into our home. We then turned a stock yard (:o)surrounded by brick walls) and pasture field into our garden and it is at last beginning to mature. My OH retired early (a couple of years ago now) and we love the lifestyle that goes with living in the countryside... walking our retriever, Bentley, across the fields or along the Grand Union canal. We live equidistant between two villages, on top of a ridge, and have amazing 360 degree views over the surrounding hills.
