- Well it a big day, once again I have to see the nurse for the official weigh in, it will be interesting to see what weight I am, and how much I have lost (if any). - and it's still high! So have to go back again next month and if it's still high then the nurse will have to have another word with the doc about me, she's at a loss as to what's causing it. - R has had a cold for the last few days and has developed a rather rattly cough. On Sunday night, she coughed so much that she started wheezing loudly like an old man with an 80 a day woodbine habit. - I will be seeing the nurse again this evening for a check on my weight, once I feel I have done well. I have stuck to my diet and I have been out exercising so I am expecting good results, I think I have lost about 4 pounds according to my scales at home but the weight the nurse takes is the official so I will see tonight, I will report back... more
