- Dear Sirs, We were most disappointed to learn that your client, Mr P Nis, rather than humbly accepting our offer, has threatened to take legal action if his demands are not met. Your letter claims that Mr Nis could work an entire eight hour shift if requested to so, but that such a request has never been made. Management disagrees on both counts... more
