- Big day out for everyone on Friday when we went on the Go Ape 'adventure' at Moors Valley. Five challenges in the treetops, involving rope bridges, high wires, Tarzan swings etc - all around 50ft up in the tree tops. First time I've ever experienced a 'team building' exercise and it went really well. I was dead scared, and some of the bridges... more
