- Ouchy! Not sure why my feet are burning today, these shoes are normally ok for me to spend all day and evening in, wonder what's different about today. Not long to go before I can go home and swap them for my Eeyore slippers, can't wait. more

- Ooh it’s lovely. I have just spent the last hour with my feet in a lovely bowl of soapy water. (I’m easily pleased). - Feet that is ... ouch :( Sought out the orthopedic shop that I was referred to for my wonky ankle. Alas not much joy there. Spent over an hour trying different things out , non of which seemed to help. I was so hopeful too. Disappointing :( Came out with a a sort of elastic bandage with two loops .
