- Got up today at 6am and got straight out on the road for my morning run on an empty stomach. Felt good and decided to go a bit of a longer route, the run lasted 60 minutes and i ran about 6.8 miles, when i got home i was knackered but at the same time felt great. The run took more out of me than expected but im sure i will be ok for my exercise... more

- Day 255 was pants, i struggled with the day after the night before! Day 256 A good day today my exercise session was cracking! I did weights first then 30 minutes on the treadmill without stopping.
