- Someone reading my blog asked whether i was going to do any cardio? - Had a rest day today, my course was a killer today - it went from 8am to 6.30pm, my head was gone come the end and i just wanted to get home. - No training today, at the moment im happy with exercising every other day - i feel this is working for me, im not overdoing things.
