    • Rest day today after hitting the gym on Monday and Tuesday. I plan to get in there again tomorrow to do a back session. Today is the first day that my foot/ankle is actually feeling a little better which makes me happy.     • The problem i have at the moment is i am working long hours and going too long between meals, leading me to be very hungry and lacking energy when i get home, this then results in me wanting to snack!
