- A lovely hot and sunny Sunday.:) Stayed close to home today mainly on the balcony. Took my sewing out there - the bits that needed hand sewing. It was like a sauna. Drank lots of water and watched the sweat pouring off me. A lovely way to detox. The skin does all the work so the kidneys get a bit of a rest :) Ate light meals , fresh fruit... more
