  • Generally I'm known where I'm known for sometimes getting a little sleepy in meetings. (Bad managing of my sugar levels) And today I noticed that if I don't wear my shoes in the meeting I don't get sleepy. I'll test the theory with other meetings I'm in. I don't know why or if there's a sciencey reason but it's an interesting discovery for me.... more
