- Generally I'm known where I'm known for sometimes getting a little sleepy in meetings. (Bad managing of my sugar levels) And today I noticed that if I don't wear my shoes in the meeting I don't get sleepy. I'll test the theory with other meetings I'm in. I don't know why or if there's a sciencey reason but it's an interesting discovery for me.... more

- Fairplay and I moved from talking about nuclear obliteration of Birmingham to violence and fear. The gauntlet was thrown down with the comment "There's another bizarre conversation for you "What's your favourite type of violence?"
