- Had a physiotherapy session today. Foot is feeling wonky again. Fredrik played around with it trying to suss out what the problem was and I now have a referral to one of those orthopedic places for an ankle brace or some kind of support ! :yes: Just had a quick google and see that there is a world of support out there :) It all costs though :roll: more

- My doc gave me a clean bill of health today. Four weeks of being careful, he assured me, will mean I'll be well able to climb Mont Blanc in September. - Since injuring my ankle on June 22nd, I have seen four different doctors. The first one, in the hospital, couldn't examine my it properly as it was too swollen. Fair enough.
