- So far i have only been to 3 sessions, the first last wednesday when my mate Nez invited me to 'come and watch' a training session, Which resulted in me aching on thursday, funny how watching ends up in being thrown around the tatami especially as i didn't do the warmup..Nez has been bugging me for about 18 months or more to come to aikido so... more
